People today tend to pack away ‘the good stuff’....bringing out their china or fine glassware only once a year. I’m encouraging people to #useyourfancydishes. Take out just the salad or bread plates from your big china set. Using part of the set may feel like a small gesture, but it makes a big impact. Use them when you're hosting a small group….bookclub, cocktails, showers, coffee clutch:) As a host, it will feel good to use your fancy dishes and guests feel special and welcome. My expertise in ‘all things home’ is the culmination of 35 years in the Home Furnishings industry. I studied Retail Merchandising at the U of MN which led to my first job selling furniture. I then enjoyed a long career as a product designer. I’ve traveled the world and worked alongside the top talent in Home Design.
